Understanding Regional Regulations
Local regulation (Loss) is a regulation that has been stated in the legislation established or made by the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) with the approval of the regional head.
Regional regulations consist of Provincial Regulations & Regency and City Regulations.
Papua Province, local regulations are known as Special Regional Regulation and Provincial Regulations. Meanwhile in Aceh Province, Known local regulations Law.
Regency and city regulations are mentioned in Article 1 numbers 8 Law No. 12 of the Year 2011 regarding the Establishment of Legislation, namely as follows:

Types of District Regulations
Based on the regulations in the Constitution 1945, regarding regional officials such as the Governor, Regent, and Mayor, and DPRD can draft regional regulations.
There are several types of regional regulations that can be set by the regional government (Loss). Then what are the types of regional regulations??
The following are the types of district regulations (Loss) in the life of the state, namely as follows :
1. Local Tax Regulations
This type of regional regulation is a regulation regarding local taxes. where the regulation is one of the types of regulations that are allowed or permitted by the state to be made by local governments (local government).
This regulation on taxes is important and indeed becomes something that must be made by local governments considering that taxes are one of the sources of state and regional income
Regulations regarding local taxes will of course differ from one another. It also depends on the amount of tax that the region wants to impose on citizens and on each regional component.
2. Regulations Regarding Regional Levies
The second regional regulation is the regulation on regional retribution. Regional levies are levies made by local governments (local government) on the use of various public facilities such as roads,, air, etc.
The conditions of an area with other areas are certainly different, Therefore, it is from this that regulations regarding regional levies are important to be made properly.
3. Regulations Regarding Regional Spatial Planning
In regulating a government in an area, Of course there will be certain aspects that are very important for order and order in the area itself.
Spatial planning is a very important thing, considering that spatial planning will determine how regional traffic access can occur, how is the people's access to various regional apparatus, etc.
4. Regulations Regarding APBD
APBD is a revenue budget & regional shopping. In it there is a plan, what and how an area will be run during 1 next year.
In this rule, local government (local government) must be careful and precise in planning the APBN. Every action taken must be effective and efficient so that the APBD will be used as well as possible.
The supervision of this APBD is one of the duties and functions of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD).
5. Regional Medium Term Program Plan
The next regional regulation is the Regional Medium Term Program Plan (RPJMD).
The RPJMD itself is a development plan made by the local government over the medium term, that is about 10 up to 15 years.

6. Regulations About Regional Apparatus

7. Regulations Regarding Village Administration

Purpose of Regional Regulation
