Arti Allahummaghfirlahu Warhamhu
Allahummaghfirlahu Warhamhu artinya “Ya Allah, forgive him and give him your mercy ". For a longer version of the prayer, namely Allahummaghfirlahu warhamhu wa'afihi wa'fu'anhu, which means "O Allah, Forgive him, give him your mercy, welfare and forgive his mistakes”

Explanation About Allahummaghfirlahu Warhamhu
Actually in praying for the dead, there is a difference in terms of the end (pronouns). It depends on who the prayer is directed to, that is, for men (one person), woman (one person) or in this plural form there is a difference in pronunciation.

3. For Men and Women / Plural (Dhomhir HUM)
Allahummaghfirlahum Warhamhum by using dhomhir “Hum” that means this prayer sentence is intended for the corpses of more than one man and woman. The lafadz is as follows :
للَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْلَهُمْ وَارْحَمْهُمْ وَعَافِهِمْ وَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ
Allahummaghfirlahum warhamhum wa’aafihim wa’fu’anhum
Makna Allahummaghfirlahu Warhamhu
